We had reported yesterday that the makers of South superstar Rajinikanth's upcoming film Robot 2, have dropped their plans of casting Hollywood action star Arnold Schwarzenegger in the film and are looking to approach a Bollywood star to play the baddie in the project.
We have now learned that it is none other than Akshay Kumar, who will play the antagonist in the film. Our Khiladi took to his Facebook page to gush, ''Ending the year on a high note! Super excited to be a part of Robot 2 with the one & only Rajnikanth sir!'' Akshay also posted a photograph, in which he is seen posing with Rajinikanth, A.R Rahman and director Shankar.
Apart from Akshay and Rajinikanth, Robot 2 will also star Amy Jackson, who will reportedly be playing a robot.
