Bollywood heroines have always been netizens’ heartthrobs. Year 2015 was no different as millions of Yahoo the second most famous search engine users searched for information on these pretty lasses from the Indian film industry.

*1. Sunny Leone, for the 4th straight year, has been the most searched woman on the Internet on Yahoo. The adult star-turned-Bollywood actress has set many a heart racing.

*2. Actress Katrina Kaif is in the second spot. Her life has been under the scanner by the paparazzi due to her association with heartthrob Ranbir Kapoor.

*3 ‘Mastani’ Deepika Padukone stands 3rd on the list. She has had a fabulous year with some great movies and performances.

*4. Priyanka Chopra has bagged the lead role in a Hollywood soap, ‘Quantico’, which has made her an overnight star in the US too. Apart from that some significant movies in India to her credit this year did no harm to her popularity.

*5. On the 5th spot amongst the most searched actresses/entertainers in India stands Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, who made a return to films after a long gap following the birth of her daughter Aaradhya.

*6. Anushka Sharma, who’s dating Indian Test captain Virat Kohli, is in the 6th spot with some creditable hits to her name in the year 2015.

*7. Sonakshi Sinha, Bollywood actress and daughter of Shatrughan Sinha, not only had some big hits to her name in 2015, she also had an opinion on many an issue leading to her being loved and trolled alike on the net.

*8. The eighth-most searched actress in 2015 was Radhika Apte. A terrific actress she had some great performances during the year. However, a short film ‘Ahalya’ and the leaking of her nude video almost broke the Internet in India.

*9. Fashionista and bubbly actress Sonam Kapoor was the ninth on the list of most searched female entertainers in India.

*10. The controversial Poonam Pandey has been in the limelight owing to her outrageous behaviour and her skin shows. However, she was the 10th most searched Bollywood actress in 2015.
